Italy in Tours is a Rome-based tour company with over 20 years of experience creating shore excursions, private tours from Rome and day trips across Italy. Whether you’re visiting Rome, traveling beyond the city to discover Italy’s landscapes and small towns, arriving by cruise ship in Civitavecchia, or needing a private airport transfer, we take care of every detail so you can simply enjoy the day.

All our experiences begin in Rome or Civitavecchia Cruise Port. Our tours are private, with a maximum of eight guests per vehicle, and include comfortable, air-conditioned transportation with an experienced local chauffeur and a local licensed guide.
From hotel or port pickup to drop-off, timing, logistics, and routes are carefully planned in advance — especially important for cruise passengers and day trips from Rome.
We don’t follow rigid itineraries.
Instead, we suggest the best options based on your interests and timing, and you decide how the day unfolds.
